Chef Hubert Keller, whom many know from his 2009 appearance on Top Chef Masters, is the craftsman behind the Fleur at Mandalay Bay, a reprise of his successful San Francisco branch.

Taste the Kushi oysters topped with margarita sorbet sorbet and orange purée served on a block of dry ice, maple glazed pork ribs served in a smoky dome, and tender Wagyu beef cooked directly on a sizzling hot lava rock and drizzled with wasabi lime sauce. One dish that hasn’t changed from the old Fleur de Lys menu is the Fleurburger 5000, a heart-stopping Kobe beef burger topped with a browned chunk of foie gras and rich truffle sauce served on a brioche truffle bun. The $5000 price tag includes a bottle of 1990 Chateau Petrus and a free burger for your dining guest.
