The cuisine in the restaurant can best be described as light, seasonal and Mediterranean fusion.
The Bar and Bistro section will be offering Spanish and international tapas, salads and pasta, as well as Marc Lindemann’s speciality: Nuremberg Bratwurst with Sauerkraut.
From May to mid-June, there will be a lunch menu and a bistro menu, while in the evenings, dining will be à la carte. During the rest of the summer, MARC’S will be open only in the evenings, reverting to lunchtime plus evening opening from mid-September onwards.
In the summer, it is planned to hold a fish and meat barbecue once a week and a special Fish & Crustacean evening each Friday.
